Article 1.6 Charter School Revolving Loan Fund Program
The Authority proposed the readoption of emergency regulations for the purpose of administering the Charter School Revolving Loan Fund Program.
Public Posting Period
The public posting period for the respective proposed regulations will be for five (5) business days, starting August 27, 2026, and ending on September 2, 2026. After submitting this emergency action to OAL, OAL shall allow interested persons five (5) calendar days to submit comments on the proposed emergency regulations as set forth in Government Code section 11349.6.

Article 2 State Charter School Facilities Incentive Grants Program
The Authority has drafted proposed regulations for the purpose of administering the State Charter School Facilities Incentive Grants Program.
Notice of the proposed changes is provided in the California Regulatory Notice Register – Register 2026, Number 32-Z under Notice File Number Z2026-0728-03.
Public Comment Period
The public comment period for the respective proposed regulations will be for 45 days, starting August 7, 2026, and ending on September 21, 2026.
Public comments must be submitted no later than the last day of the comment period as shown below. Comments may be submitted by mail, email, fax, or in-person.
