Annual Municipal Disclosure Training

November 5, 2026 | 10:00 AM - 11:30 AM
Free Webinar

An annual review of disclosure responsibilities for agency officials who contribute to initial or continuing disclosure, or who may have occasion to “speak to the market,” is a best practice for issuers of all sizes. In addition to examining disclosure concepts that are essential and applicable across the enterprise, this year’s webinar will focus on actively managing the disclosure process and the various participants involved. Speakers will discuss how finance team members and internal experts can be effectively leveraged in the disclosure process, and how those roles can be appropriately scaled to meet different issuer needs.

Speakers

  • Daniel (Dan) Deaton, Partner, Nixon Peabody LLP
  • John Palmer, Partner, Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe
